Bayou Bottoms Hunting
Club requires a 50% non refundable deposit to book your hunt. Since the
club has grown so much over the last 8 years, there are a lot of repeat
hunters. As a courtesy, we allow some hunters to book their dates a year
in advance before the next season dates are available. With this in mind,
we do not require a deposit at the time of booking the hunt if it is done before
the season dates are set. Once the season dates have been posted, all
hunters MUST send their 50% deposit by Oct. 1st. Season dates usually come
out the last Thursday in August. This allows you 30 days to get your deposit in.
If money is not received by October 1st, your dates will be open for another
party. As a courtesy we take you at your word to set these dates aside for
you a year in advance. We understand hunters have to work around schedules
and vacations. Out of respect for us we would hope you would extend the
same courtesy to us that deposits be in by October 1st. If you're unable
to keep the dates that were set aside for you, you must notify us before October
1st. Keep in mind we have been holding your dates for a year. Other
parties trying to book in have either been put on a back up list, had to take
their second choice of season dates, or went to another outfitter because these
dates were reserved for you. It would be responsible of you to send your
50% deposit since Bayou Bottoms Hunting Club has lost possible business because
of holding these dates.

Deposits may be made by personal check, credit card, or
money order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Checks can be made to Bayou Bottoms Hunting Club.
THERE IS A $35 FEE for returned checks!!! The
remaining balance of your hunt must be paid in full upon arrival before the
hunt. Balance must be paid in form of cash or money order. NO PERSONAL
CHECKS PLEASE!!! Mail all deposits to:
