About Bayou Bottoms Guide Service

Our Story: Built by Hunters, for Hunters

Since 2003, Bayou Bottoms Guide Service has been more than just a place to hunt — it’s been a place where memories are made. Founded by passionate waterfowl hunters who grew up in the rich hunting tradition of Northeast Arkansas, our mission has always been simple: provide honest, hardworking hunts that deliver results.

Over the past two decades, we’ve cultivated 2,500+ acres of prime hunting land in the Mississippi Flyway, transforming it into a haven for migratory waterfowl. Our property isn’t just land — it’s the result of years of scouting, habitat management, and careful planning designed to give our hunters the best chance at success.

When you hunt with Bayou Bottoms, you’re not just a client. You’re part of a hunting family that takes pride in doing things the right way.

Why We Started Bayou Bottoms

The idea for Bayou Bottoms Guide Service was born out of a simple observation: too many hunting experiences fell short of what they promised.

We wanted to create something different — a hunting club that actually delivers on its word. That means:

Silhouette of a duck standing on a white background.

Guides who are in the field daily, scouting and adjusting plans for the best hunts.

Small group sizes (up to 7 per blind) to keep hunts safe, enjoyable, and productive.

Transparent pricing and honest communication, so hunters always know what to expect.

Our goal? To be the guide service that finally gets it right — no gimmicks, no cutting corners, just quality waterfowl hunting in a world-class location.

The Bayou Bottoms Difference

So what makes us stand out in a region filled with hunting clubs?

1.  Location & Habitat

Located in the Mississippi Flyway, our land sits in one of North America’s busiest duck and goose migration routes. We’ve invested in flooding and managing fields that reliably attract mallards, gadwalls, pintails, specks, and snows all season long.

2.  Experience & Passion

Our guides aren’t just here for a paycheck — they live and breathe waterfowl hunting. Every hunt is tailored to conditions that day, from blind placement to decoy spreads and calling strategies.

3. Honest, No-Nonsense Hunts

If you’re tired of being herded into oversized groups or hunting fields that haven’t been touched in weeks, you’re in the right place. We keep our group sizes small and our standards high, ensuring you get the hunt you deserve.
