Our Commitment to Hunters

At Bayou Bottoms Guide Service, we work hard to create safe, fair, and enjoyable waterfowl hunting experiences. To keep things running smoothly for all of our guests, we’ve established a set of policies regarding deposits, payments, cancellations, and donated hunts.

Please review these carefully before booking your trip to ensure a seamless experience.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your hunt.

Deposits must be received within 14 days of booking to hold your reservation.

Returning clients booking a year early must pay their deposit by April 1st. After that, unpaid dates will be opened to other hunters.

Payment Methods

Deposits may be made by personal check or money order.

Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance for your hunt must be paid in full upon your arrival, prior to the start of any hunting activities. Please ensure all payments are completed at check-in to avoid any delays.

Donated Hunts

Bayou Bottoms is proud to support charitable causes and fundraising efforts by donating hunts.

Donated hunts must be used within two hunting seasons.

Bayou Bottoms assumes no financial liability for unused or canceled donated hunts.

No refunds will be issued for charity hunts where funds have already been directed to charities or other organizations.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because deposits are non-refundable, cancellations result in forfeiture of your deposit.

In cases of unforeseen circumstances, please call us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options. While we cannot guarantee rescheduling, we will do our best to accommodate.
